Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required/ preferred.
• Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, compassionate and reliable demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with insurance-ready vehicle

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition).
• Help participants engage in community activities and daily routines.
• Document progress and communicate with supervisors about needs.
