Job summary

SPS Health LLC is seeking a Recruitment, Training, & Onboarding Specialist in the Denver area. You will own the driver recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning and candidate sourcing through contracting, onboarding, and training—to support new client implementations and ongoing operations.

You will work closely with RAMs, RACs, LCs, and Operations leadership to develop proactive recruiting strategies, manage budgets and platforms, and ensure readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in client services, implementation, logistics, or compliance.
• Experience with pharmacy or PBM industry and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Own driver recruitment lifecycle from planning to onboarding and retention.
• Develop recruiting strategies and manage advertising budgets.
• Oversee onboarding, contractor documentation, and compliance.
• Create and deliver training programs for drivers and field staff.
• Partner with operations leadership to ensure readiness for client implementations.
