Mybizconsultant supports FedEx Ground clients and is seeking a driver recruiting/onboarding specialist in Anaheim, CA. The role may be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate, with flexibility for light loading duties and occasional deliveries.

The position emphasizes recruiting calls, candidate screening, and compliance with background checks and payroll onboarding, including HR paperwork and data entry.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or HR processes preferred.
• Ability to phone and screen driver candidates and guide them through applications.
• Willingness to learn onboarding steps and payroll data handling.

Responsibilities

• Arrive 7am to station to review paperwork and driver needs.
• Make recruiting calls after drivers dispatch around 8:30am.
• Post ads on Indeed and follow up with candidates via phone.
• Log calls and candidate data in the tracking system.
• Invite qualified candidates to background checks, drug screens, and physicals.
• Upload documents to driver profiles to ensure compliance.
• Attend weekly meetings with clients to align on needs.
• Improve recruiting processes and document handling.
• Process HR files like I-9s and W-4s for onboarding to payroll.
