Groendyke Transport, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Manager to guide driver recruitment strategy, oversee operations, and lead a high-performing team.

You will partner with Driver Operations, terminal leadership, and Human Resources to attract, hire, and retain qualified drivers while driving recruiting results across the organization. The role emphasizes developing people, improving processes, and using data to optimize hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume recruiting operations.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting practices and employment laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the recruiting team.
• Build recruiting strategies to attract qualified CDL drivers and other key talent.
• Partner with Driver Operations and hiring leaders to meet staffing goals.
• Oversee candidate engagement, onboarding, and recruiting operations.
• Monitor recruiting performance, compliance, and hiring metrics.
• Manage recruiting advertising, sourcing strategies, and the employee referral program.
• Analyze recruiting data and recommend process improvements.
• Partner with Information Systems to improve recruiting technology and reporting.
• Stay current on DOT regulations, recruiting trends, and industry best practices.
• Travel to company locations and recruiting events as needed.
