Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five+ years recruiting independent contractors and owner-operators in trucking.
• Strong leadership and track record of meeting hiring objectives.
• Knowledge of transportation operations and contractor acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract owner-operators and independent contractors.
• Lead the Contractor Services team and set performance goals with metrics.
• Manage recruiting campaigns across digital channels and job boards.
• Ensure DOT and FMCSA compliance in driver files.
• Deliver timely communication to candidates and provide a great experience.
• Analyze hiring metrics and report trends to leadership.
