Job summary

Paycom - ATS in McDonough, GA is seeking a full-time recruiter to source Class A/B commercial drivers. You will review applications, coordinate with the safety team, and manage candidate communications while using marketing materials to attract drivers. Expect field events and ongoing outreach with a bonus opportunity.

This role requires prior driver recruiting experience, basic computer skills, and a proactive approach to filling orientation slots and keeping the recruiting data up to date.

Qualifications

• Prior experience recruiting drivers is a must.
• Experience with equipment types is a huge plus.
• Working knowledge of computers, fax, and phones is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide marketing materials to prospective Class A and Class B drivers to recruit for the company.
• Review applications to ensure candidates meet hiring requirements.
• Assist safety department with processing applications and set orientation dates.
