The ideal candidate will have strong communication, knowledge of DOT/FMCSA hiring requirements, and the ability to manage a fast-paced recruitment lifecycle while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of experience in recruiting, sales, telemarketing, or high-volume customer service.
• Recruiting experience managing high-volume candidate pipelines or prospect outreach.
• Working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA hiring requirements, including driver qualification standards.
• Ability to obtain, review, and evaluate MVRs and PSP reports.
• Comfort navigating applicant tracking systems, phone systems, and recruiting databases.

Responsibilities

• Position Assessment: use consultative sales to align driver needs with opportunities.
• Customer Service: manage high volumes of calls with strong conversion and follow-up.
• Industry Knowledge: stay updated on hiring areas, compensation, equipment specs, and policies.
• Candidate Communication: guide prospects through recruitment lifecycle with clear communication.
• Offer Negotiation: overcome objections and negotiate offers within company guidelines.
• Pipeline Development: build a robust pipeline through outbound calling and networking.
