Roehl Transport is seeking a Driver Recruiter to attract top talent into our paid on-the-job training program. You will educate candidates on training, fleet options, income potential, and the benefits of working for Roehl.

This is a full‑time opportunity based in Wisconsin with strong growth prospects. You will connect with diverse backgrounds, conduct interviews, and help candidates understand the application process while making informed hiring decisions to hire highly motivated drivers.

The Experience

• One year experience of recruiting Class A CDL drivers for an over-the-road carrier is preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Tenstreet is a plus.
