Job summary

Buddy Moore Trucking in Alabama is seeking enthusiastic individuals to be the initial contact for CDL-A drivers exploring a career with us. You will educate candidates about our driver-first culture, equipment, routes, and career opportunities while guiding them through hiring and onboarding from the first call to orientation.

No prior recruiting or trucking experience is required; we are prioritizing the right attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Attitude and coachability prioritized for onboarding
• Willingness to learn about our culture, equipment, routes and opportunities
• Must be able to communicate effectively with drivers and candidates

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial contact for CDL-A drivers; educate candidates about culture, equipment, routes and opportunities
• Guide candidates through hiring and onboarding from first call to orientation
• Respond to potential employees using ATS; schedule driver orientations and training
• Pre-screen applicants and inform them about operations and benefits
• Run background checks, MVR and DAC reports; assist with administrative duties
• Utilize social media and other search methods to generate leads
