This role emphasizes building connections, guiding talent through a smooth hiring journey, and upholding high standards in staffing, safety, and quality. This is not a remote position. You will hunt down talent, reach out within 24 hours, and collaborate with Operations Driver Support & Safety Coordinators to pre-approve drivers for

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred.
• Comfortable operating essential office tools—including telephone systems, 10-key, and personal computers.
• High-energy, driven, creative, and persuasive team player with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems.
• Exceptional communicator—clear, confident across written and verbal channels.
• Self-motivated and independent, thrives when taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Hunt down top driving talent using ATS's processes and bring in qualified drivers.
• Reach out to qualified applicants within 24 hours to maintain momentum.
• Guide drivers through driving opportunities to find the right ATS fit.
• Collaborate with Operations Driver Support & Safety Coordinators for pre-approval and orientation.
• Make effective hiring calls and schedule drivers for orientation.

In this role, you'll...

• Hunt down top driving talent using ATS's proven processes—bringing in rock-star truck drivers who raise the bar.
• Reach out fast! Connect with qualified applicants within 24 hours to keep the excitement (and momentum) rolling.
• Become a program expert, walking drivers through our different driving opportunities to find their perfect ATS fit.
• Team up with Operations Driver Support & Safety Coordinators to get driver candidates pre-approved and ready for orientation day.
• Make great hiring calls and get drivers scheduled for orientation like a pro.
• Champion the sign-on experience, tracking applications, keeping candidates engaged, and celebrating those "You're approved!" moments.
• Coordinate orientation with precision, placing drivers in the right divisions and wrapping up all pre-orientation tasks on time.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total cash compensation range of this position is $58,000 to 74,000 + which includes a base salary range starting at $40,000 - $50,000 + plus position-specificincentive.Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
