Job summary

Anderson Trucking Service is seeking a proactive Driver Manager in Minnesota to lead a team of drivers and optimize fleet performance. You will coach, engage, and support drivers, solve real-time problems, and navigate conflicts with stakeholders while prioritizing safety and regulatory compliance.

You'll work in a performance-driven environment with incentives and a broad benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and PTO.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total cash compensation range of this position is $70,000 to $120,000+ which includes a base salary range that starts at $57,500 plus first-year training incentive of $12,000.Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
