Job summary

KLLM is seeking a recruiter to identify and hire truck drivers. The role focuses on phone-based applicant recruitment, scheduling orientations, and handling recruiting logistics.

You will also promote KLLM by assembling materials and representing the company at training schools and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years college or 2 years work related experience within the trucking industry.
• Familiar with industry, state, and federal hiring requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and initiative.
• Demonstrate strong communications skills, both written and oral.
• Basic PC skills required.
• Ability to multi-task.
