Job summary

FFE Transportation Services, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to source and screen applicants for truck driving positions. The role involves heavy phone outreach, coordinating orientation schedules, and distributing promotional materials.

You will also visit training schools and trade shows to promote FFE and its opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in the trucking industry or related experience, familiarity with hiring requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to

• Minimum 2 years college or 2 years work experience within the trucking industry
• Familiar with industry, state, and federal hiring requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills and initiative
• Demonstrate strong communications skills, both written and oral
• Basic PC skills required
• Ability to multi-task
