Job summary

FFE Transportation Services, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to identify and hire truck drivers. The role focuses on phone-based applicant outreach, coordinating orientation schedules, and distributing promotional materials. Occasional travel to training schools and trade shows is included.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of related trucking industry experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and solid PC abilities to manage multi-tasking effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years college or 2 years work related experience within the trucking industry.
• Familiar with industry, state, and federal hiring requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and initiative.
• Demonstrate strong communications skills, both written and oral.
• Basic PC skills required.
• Ability to multi-task.
