KLLM in Mississippi is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to attract and qualify truck driver candidates. You will mainly conduct phone interviews, coordinate orientations, and manage driver onboarding while supporting promotional campaigns.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and familiarity with industry hiring rules. Travel to schools and trade shows may be expected to promote KLLM.

Competenze

• 2 years college or 2 years trucking industry experience.
• Familiar with state and federal hiring requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Mansioni

• Recruit applicants for truck drivers, primarily over the phone.
• Schedule orientations and coordinate driver reporting.
• Assemble and mail out promotional material.
• Occasionally visit training schools and attend trade shows.
• Travel promoting KLLM and input applicant data.

• Responsible for applicant data input

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years college or 2 years work related experience within the trucking industry
• Familiar with industry, state, and federal hiring requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills and initiative
• Demonstrate strong communications skills, both written and oral
• Basic PC skills required
• Ability to multi-task
