Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Records/Compliance Coordinator to maintain DOT and MSHA documentation for drivers and site personnel in Lufkin, Texas. You will organize DQ files, track licenses, medicals, MVRs, inspections, drug testing, training dates, and renewal deadlines to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and organized Driver Qualification (DQ) files for applicable drivers.
• Track driver's licenses, CDL status, medical certifications, MVRs, and other required driver documentation.
• Coordinate and document required annual MVR reviews and other recurring driver qualification requirements.
• Maintain DOT vehicle inspection, repair, preventive maintenance, and service records.
• Track annual inspections and other vehicle-related compliance dates.
• Maintain required accident and incident documentation.
• Maintain applicable Hours-of-Service and supporting documentation.
• Maintain required drug and alcohol testing records and coordinate documentation with outside testing providers, when applicable.
• Monitor expiration and renewal dates and notify management well in advance of required action.
• Assist management in maintaining DOT/FMCSA records so they are organized and available in the event of an audit or compliance review.
• Maintain MSHA-related employee and contractor records applicable to Lufkin Rubber & Gasket operations.
• Maintain documentation of required MSHA training and certifications.
• Track employee training dates, refresher requirements, site-specific training, and other applicable qualifications.
• Maintain copies of required training records and certificates.
• Coordinate with employees, supervisors, customers, mines, and training providers as needed to obtain required documentation.
• Monitor upcoming training and certification expiration dates and notify management before renewals are required.
• Maintain organized records that can be quickly produced when requested by a customer, mine operator, MSHA representative, or management.
