Job summary

• Mentor drivers on tools and systems (Omnitracs, payroll processes).
• Oversee schedules, time off, holiday pay, and vacations for assigned drivers.
• Monitor deliveries and pickups to prevent service failures and alert planners as needed.
• Enforce company policies, including Code of Conduct, and foster teamwork.
