Job summary

United Road is seeking a Driver Manager to lead a group of drivers and/or ICs in Twin Oaks, PA. You will oversee day-to-day execution, drive performance, safety, and retention, and conduct regular performance reviews to determine corrective actions.

Strong focus on staff development, payroll reconciliation, and collaboration with HR, Safety, and area managers. This full-time role emphasizes a high-performance culture and robust employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent reading, oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage driver performance by setting expectations, conducting reviews, and applying corrective actions.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, including FMCSA rules and proper licensing.
• Handle driver retention and payroll discrepancy resolution.
• Train drivers on tools like Pedigree and Magnus Driver App.
• Support load planning and monitor deliveries to avoid service failures.
