Job summary

Schneider is seeking a Driver Manager in Owatonna, MN to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management. The Driver Manager will act as a link between the business, our drivers and customers.

The role is on-site in Owatonna with a Sunday-Thursday schedule and first shift. A Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of equivalent experience is preferred, and strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

• Make safety-conscious decisions that ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

• Manage driver payroll and home time.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify and implement creative solutions to improve retention and drive business.
