Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field OR 1-3 years of dispatch/fleet management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is favorable.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activity of driver personnel.
• Direct daily activities of drivers according to company policies.
• Ensure drivers are safe, productive, and timely.

Skills

Logistics knowledge

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Proficient with truck dispatch software

Flatbed experience

Microsoft Office knowledge

Education
