The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in transportation dispatch, proficiency with TMW and PeopleNet, and a strong understanding of DOT and OSHA requirements. We offer a supportive team and a stable work environment.

Qualifications

• Dispatcher experience and related background in transportation operations.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assign loads to drivers to maximize efficiency and utilization.
• Maintain professional relationships with drivers and customers.
• Review dispatch sheets, orders, and driver hours; ensure safety and compliance.
• Enter load information into TMW and prepare delivery receipts.
