Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of Drivers and coordinate shifts.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of drivers.
• Ensure load information, equipment, documentation, and customer instructions are accurate.
• Provide coaching to improve service quality and compliance.
• Maintain visibility of loads using GPS/ELD/TMS and monitor shipments.
• Communicate delays and recovery plans to customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and HOS using ELDs.
