Job summary

DFAMILK is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee drivers at the Vermont terminal. You will supervise daily activities, create driver schedules, and drive improvements in routing, safety, and customer service to meet DOT and company standards.

You will work with fleet maintenance, HR, and operations to coach performance, handle incidents, and ensure timely deliveries. Requires CDL A and leadership experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience in distribution or transportation preferred.
• CDL A with tanker and other endorsements as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and assign daily work.
• Schedule drivers and manage route loadings.
• Monitor routing performance and optimize cost.
• Prepare KPI reports and maintain records.
• Ensure safety, DOT compliance, and operational excellence.

Education
