Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Driver Manager to lead field resource deployment, driver operations, and fleet activities across the South Texas region. You will ensure safety, optimize operational efficiency, and manage personnel, fleet, and warehouse functions to meet business and customer objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, resource planning, and the ability to coordinate training and monitoring across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in resource management and operations planning.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead field resource deployment to meet customer requirements and business metrics.
• Oversee driver activities and performance, with focus on safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate training programs and ensure competency through Kahuna and LMS.
• Manage fleet repair, maintenance, and audit documentation.
• Optimize routes for treater and delivery drivers using Samsara/Omnitracs.
• Monitor inventory and warehouse activities, including audits.
• Partner with Account Managers, Field Managers, and customers to ensure service excellence.
