Job summary

Dot Foods, a pioneer in the food industry supply chain, is seeking a Driver Supervisor to oversee driver assignments, scheduling, and coordinating product movements to customers, vendors, and distribution centers. This on-site role at our Bullhead City facility requires hands-on leadership and strong knowledge of DOT regulations.

You will manage loads, monitor payroll and fleet performance, and support continuous improvement through lean practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent DOT experience required or preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT, Federal and State regulations for drivers and equipment.
• Working knowledge of federal Hours Of Service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to guaranteed inbound product movements and vendor orders.
• Manage driver assignment for all loads, inbound and outbound.
• Assist in coordinating product transfers to other facilities.
• Measure and report driver payroll, service levels, and fleet performance.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts using lean thinking to reduce waste.
