Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a delivery operator with a Class A/B (Ag CDL preferred) to safely transport agronomy products to customers. The role includes helping with inbound/outbound products, equipment maintenance, and grounds upkeep.

The position requires strong communication, time management, and a proactive, team-driven attitude in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED required; valid driver's license and MVR compliance are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL vehicle to safely deliver products to customers as needed.
• Support outbound and inbound agronomy products and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Maintain facility grounds and housekeeping, following company procedures.
• Communicate daily activities to management and keep accurate records.
• Provide backup support to Applicators and collaborate across units.

Position Overview

The purpose of this position is to operate a Class A, B, or Ag CDL vehicle to safely deliver products to customers while serving as a backup to Applicators as needed. This role supports overall operations through product receiving and delivery, lot and grounds maintenance, equipment compliance, and other duties that contribute to the efficient operation of the facility.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds.
• Communicate daily activities, needs and accomplishments to management.
• Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals.
• May serve as a backup to Applicators.
• Provide support across multiple business units, fostering collaboration, aligning priorities, and driving consistent execution of organizational objectives.

Skills and Qualifications
