Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a general backup to the Applicators to support a range of duties including product handling, grounds maintenance, and equipment compliance.

The role requires CDL consideration, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agronomy environment. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound products, operating tender trucks, maintaining safety and records, and assisting with equipment upkeep.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B preferred or ability to obtain CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Must have a positive attitude, high energy, and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inbound and outbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to supply product to custom application equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance in daily operations.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
• Maintain facility grounds, including mowing and snow removal.
• Serve as backup to Applicators and communicate daily activities to the location manager.

Position Overview: The purpose of this position is to act as a general backup to the Applicators. This role will engage in a range of responsibilities including general lot maintenance, receiving and delivering product, grounds maintenance and equipment compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Include but are not limited toAssist with outbound and inbound Agronomy productsOperate tender trucks to provide product to custom application equipmentEnsure safety complianceAssist in equipment maintenanceAssist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including mowing, spraying weeds, and moving snowCommunicate daily activities, needs and accomplishments to the location managerPrepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company proceduresMay assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicalsServe as a backup to Applicators

Skills and Qualifications
