Job summary

DO & CO AG in Romulus, MI, is seeking a dynamic Non-CDL Driver to join our hospitality-focused team. You will transport meals, load/unload, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on every flight.

The role requires you to operate in a fast-paced environment, maintain accurate records, and uphold DO & CO’s standards for quality and service. We offer a full-time position with healthcare benefits, 401K, and opportunities to grow within a luxury global gourmet entertainment company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport meals, meal carts, and equipment between DO & CO facilities and third-party vendors and airports.
• Load/unload aircraft in accordance with DO & CO and airline regulations.
• Ensure flights are catered correctly.
• Cater to DO & CO’s clients’ airlines and handle equipment safely and promptly.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and report irregularities to dispatch.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations and all applicable rules/regulations.

We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager Non-CDL Driver to join our growing team in Romulus!

Responsibilities

• Transport of meals, meal carts, and any equipment needed between the DO & CO Facilities and third-party vendors, and the airport.
• Load/unload aircraft according to DO & CO and airline regulations, specifications and equipment handling.
• Ensure flights are always catered correctly.
• Cater to DO & CO’s client’s airlines and handle airlines equipment expeditiously and safely.
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained in full working condition (including fueling and pre/post checks) and report any vehicle irregularities to dispatch immediately.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations and all applicable rules/regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Chauffeur driver’s license
• Experience driving box trucks is required.
• Requirements necessary to obtain airport ID.
• Must Pass a criminal background check.
• Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise. Many duties performed outside in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, move product, equipment and supplies up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
• Must be able to work at heights up to 20-25 feet.
• Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours.
• Communicate effectively with team members, make sure communication is clear and understood by co-workers.
