Job summary

Bay Insulation of Colorado is seeking a NCDL Driver/Warehouse Associate to deliver insulation products to scheduled job sites, ensuring on-time delivery and professional interaction with customers at delivery sites.

This associate will assist with all warehouse functions, including loading and unloading trucks, data entry of orders, and daily DOT logs, while maintaining inventory accuracy and handling related paperwork.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable experience driving a straight truck (26’ box truck, automatic transmission, or similar vehicle).
• Ability to meet all DOT regulations in order to receive and maintain a med card.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs. and climb in/out back of the vehicle.
• Maintain a valid license and an acceptable driving record per insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily pre-trip inspections and completes maintenance if needed.
• Reports mechanical or maintenance issues to the Division Manager.
• Performs shipping/receiving duties, data entry of orders, and validates quantities.
• Completes daily DOT logs in compliance with regulations.
• Processes paperwork such as tickets and bills of lading.
• Ensures customer signature on receipt of material and COD charges when specified.
• Ensures inventory accuracy by verifying counts.
• Pulls, stages, and loads outgoing material orders.
• Reports issues observed at job sites to the Division Manager.

Bay Insulation of Colorado is actively looking for a NCDL Driver/Warehouse Associate who is responsible for the delivery of insulation products to scheduled job sites based on a provided schedule. This will include ensuring on‑time delivery and professional interaction with customers at delivery sites. This associate will assist with all warehouse functions as well as the loading and unloading of trucks.

Responsibilities:

• Performs daily pre‑trip inspections, including pre‑inspection forms and completes minor maintenance if needed.
• Reports any mechanical or maintenance related issues to the Division Manager in a timely manner.
• Performs shipping and receiving duties, including data entry of orders, verifying quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing materials, and documentation.
• Completes daily DOT logs in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Processes paperwork such as tickets and bills of lading.
• Ensures the customer’s signature on the receipt of material and collects on COD charges when specified.
• Ensures correct inventory by verifying material counts for accuracy.
• Pulls, stages, and loads outgoing material orders.
• Reports any issues to the Division Manager that were discovered at the job site.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• One year of verifiable experience driving a straight truck (26’ box truck, automatic transmission, or similar vehicle), required.
• Ability to meet all DOT regulations in order to receive and maintain a med card, required.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs. and climb in/out back of the vehicle.
