Bay Insulation Supply of Indiana Inc. is seeking a NCDL Driver to deliver insulation products to scheduled job sites in Indiana, ensuring on-time arrivals and professional customer interactions. The role includes warehouse support, loading/unloading, and related administrative tasks.

A valid CDL/med card, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a clean driving record are required. You will perform pre-trip inspections, handle data entry for orders, and assist with shipping/receiving while maintaining

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable experience driving a straight truck within the last five years (26’ box truck, automatic transmission or similar vehicle).
• Ability to receive and maintain a med card, required.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs. and climb in/out back of the vehicle.
• Must maintain a valid license and an acceptable driving record as per insurer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily pre-trip inspections and completes maintenance as needed.
• Reports mechanical or maintenance issues to the Division Manager promptly.
• Performs shipping/receiving duties, data entry of orders, and verifies quantities/quality.
• Completes daily logs in accordance with company policies.
• Processes tickets and bills of lading.
• Ensures customer signature on receipts and COD collection when specified.
• Verifies inventory accuracy and material counts.
• Pulls, stages, and loads outgoing material orders.
• Reports any issues found at the job site.

Bay Insulation Supply of Indiana Inc. is actively looking for a NCDL Driver who is responsible for the delivery of insulation products to scheduled job sites based on a provided schedule. This will include ensuring on-time delivery and professional interaction with customers at delivery sites. This associate will assist with all warehouse functions as well as the loading and unloading of trucks.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily pre-trip inspections, including pre-inspection forms and completes minor maintenance if needed.
• Reports any mechanical or maintenance related issues to the Division Manager in a timely manner.
• Performs shipping and receiving duties, including data entry of orders, verifying quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing materials, and documentation.
• Completes daily logs in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Processes paperwork such as tickets and bills of lading.
• Ensures the customer’s signature on the receipt of material and collects on COD charges when specified.
• Ensures correct inventory by verifying material counts for accuracy.
• Pulls, stages, and loads outgoing material orders.
• Reports any issues to the Division Manager that were discovered at the job site.
