Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

People or Process Management Responsibility

Position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1. Assisting drivers in delivering products to customers
2. Unloading products
3. Merchandising customer accounts
4. Maintaining customer relationships, merchandising, displaying, and rotating products according to company standards
5. Picking up company property
6. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
7. Performing other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• At least 18 years of age or meeting minimum state legal age requirements
• Six (6) months of relevant work experience (e.g., warehouse, construction, grocery, healthcare, or other physically demanding roles)
• Reliable automobile transportation, an acceptable driving record, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage as per company and state law
• Ability to lift products weighing 25 to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, grocery stocking, or delivery
• Prior customer service experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to work in various temperature conditions, high noise levels, and around moving equipment
