Qualifications

• Experience in operations/logistics or transportation roles.
• Strong knowledge of home appliance installation and servicing.
• Ability to work a flexible 6-day schedule as needed.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Proven leadership ability with team mentoring experience.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and commercial vehicle compliance.
• Experience overseeing drivers and managing fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Route and schedule management: assign daily routes and verify documentation before dispatch.
• Provide operational support and report preparation; assist daily operations under GM guidance.
• Coach technicians to improve performance and meet service goals.
• Lead recruitment efforts and participate in hiring to build a customer-focused team.
• Supervise technicians, monitor performance, and deliver constructive feedback.
• Promote dock safety and enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance (DOT/OSHA).
• Assist in managing customer escalations to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate vehicle fuel and preventative maintenance; inspect vehicles regularly.
• Oversee loading practices to prevent damage and ensure safe procedures.
• Track technician goals and performance metrics; document failures and plan improvements.
• Enforce uniform standards and company policies among staff.
