Job Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Communicate daily with your team of drivers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure on‑time delivery for all freight shipments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet companywide initiatives and objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with drivers, serving as their main point of contact for any issues they experience on the road, and supporting their professional growth within the organization.
  • Communicate safety expectations to drivers to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
  • Track freight to confirm timely delivery within allotted timeframes.

Job Requirements

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:00AM–5:00PM, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in‑person, in‑office attendance is an essential function of this position.
