Bob's Discount Furniture, LLC is seeking a Driver Manager to lead transportation and driver operations while ensuring DOT compliance, safety, and cost efficiency. You’ll oversee both company-owned and leased assets, manage driver performance, and coordinate yard and terminal activities across locations.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, fleet management experience, and leadership skills to drive operational excellence and compliance within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of CDL or transportation experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations.
• Knowledge of DOT HOS rules and transportation regulations.

The Driver Manager is responsible for leading transportation and driver operations while ensuring full compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
