The Driver Manager is responsible for leading transportation and driver operations while ensuring full compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards. This role oversees company-owned and leased equipment, driver performance, yard and terminal operations, and coordination with internal and external partners to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of goods. The Driver Manager plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a high‑performing driver workforce.

  • Knowledge of payroll processing, employee reviews, and labor‑related matters
• Operational Efficiency & Cost Management
  • Ability to manage transportation costs while maintaining service quality
  • Experience improving logistics efficiency and operational workflows
• Technology & Systems Proficiency
  • Proficiency with MS Office and transportation‑related systems
  • Experience using ELD systems, video safety software, and other fleet management tools
