Job summary

RelaDyne in Donaldsonville, LA is seeking a Home Daily CDL Driver Class B to deliver fuel locally and return home each night. You will be paid hourly with overtime opportunities and eligible for sign-on bonus options and a quarterly safety bonus.

You’ll load and unload at customer sites, follow DOT and company safety policies, use onboard technology, and complete paperwork with accuracy. This is a safety‑driven role with comprehensive benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• DOT medical card required and active.
• Minimum one year of bulk liquid hauling experience in tanker or bobtail.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Follow delivery instructions and comply with DOT, company, and customer safety policies.
• Load and unload products at customer locations in a professional and safe manner.
• Connect/disconnect hoses and operate pumps/valves for loading/unloading.
• Use onboard technology (Smartlogix, Samsara) as instructed.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.

What You'll Do

• Follow delivery instructions, and maintain compliance with all DOT, company and customer safety and operational policies and procedures
• Properly load and unload products at various customer locations in a professional, courteous, timely, safe, and efficient manner
• Connect and disconnect hoses, operating pumps and valves for loading and unloading, safely filling tanks using various size hoses, nozzles and fittings
• Use onboard technology as instructed (Smartlogix, Samsara)
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely, if applicable
• Comply with company accident and incident reporting procedures for accidents and spills
• Other related tasks as assigned by manager

What You'll Bring

• Minimum age 23
• Valid class B CDL (Class A welcomed)
• Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements
• Have at least 1 year ofexperience hauling liquid bulkin a tanker trailer or bobtail
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Ability to work nights, weekends and overtime
• May be subject to comply with site specific drug testing requirements which may include hair follicle drug testing

Work Environment

This position includes outdoor work in varying weather conditions and extended periods of driving, loading, and unloading products. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physically active environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety. Candidates should also be comfortable climbing steps to verify tank compartments and getting in and out of the tractor, multiple times a day.
