Job summary

You will collaborate across teams and adapt to industry changes while guiding training and safety initiatives. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 2+ years in driver or customer‑facing roles, with strong communication and office software

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Equivalent years of experience defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.

Responsibilities

• Supervise driver performance per company policies and DOT regulations.
• Directly supervise multiple drivers; manage training and performance.
• Ensure on‑time service and driver satisfaction; address issues and disputes.
• Promote safe operations and maintain capacity with accurate driver PTA’s.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive culture and values; communicate service deviations.
