GroundSystems, Inc. is hiring Landscaping Crew Members in Cincinnati, OH. No CDL is required, and you will perform groundskeeping, mowing, edging, pruning, and related outdoor tasks as part of a dedicated team.

What You'll Do

As a Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch landscaping services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mowing, trimming, planting, and general groundskeeping
• Pruning trees and shrubs
• Maintaining perennial beds
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
• Driving trucks and trailers (valid license required)
• Supporting snow and ice management during winter months

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required)
• At least 20 years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Basic English communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Landscaping experience is a plus-but not required!
