GroundSystems, a fast-growing, locally-owned commercial landscaping company based in Cincinnati, Ohio, is hiring Drivers: Landscaping Crew Members (No CDL Required!). Join our team to work outdoors, deliver high-quality groundskeeping, and grow your career.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, bed maintenance, operating landscaping equipment, and occasional winter snow/ice duties. A valid driver's license is required; CDL not necessary.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (CDL not required).
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, planting, and general groundskeeping.
• Pruning trees and shrubs.
• Maintaining perennial beds.
• Operating landscaping equipment and vehicles as needed; driving trucks/trailers (valid license required).
• Support snow and ice management during winter months.

What You'll Do

• Mowing, trimming, planting, and general groundskeeping
• Pruning trees and shrubs
• Maintaining perennial beds
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipmentDriving trucks and trailers (valid license required)

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required)
• At least 20 years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Basic English communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Landscaping experience is a plus-but not required!
