Job summary

Augment is hiring Driver Helpers in Wills Point, TX. This full-time, outdoor role supports drivers by lifting and loading waste and recycling containers, walking between stops, and ensuring safe collection. You’ll stay active, work with a fast-moving team, and receive PPE and weekly pay.

Prior general labor experience is a plus but not required. Must pass background check and drug screening; starts early morning.

Qualifications

• Dependable and ready to work early morning shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move on your feet for extended periods.
• Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, or landscaping is a plus—but not required.
• MUST pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Ride along designated routes to assist the driver with pickups.
• Lift and load waste and recycling containers onto the truck.
• Operate the lifting mechanism (when trained) to empty bins.
• Walk and move quickly from stop to stop—this is a physically active role!
• Ensure all materials are collected safely and professionally.
• Help keep the vehicle clean and communicate any route issues to the driver or supervisor.
