Job summary

Maersk in Lake City, AR is seeking a Driver Helper to assist the driver with loading, unloading, and executing daily routes. You will support navigation and help deliver freight to business or residential addresses, performing additional duties as needed.

Summary: The Driver Helper is responsible for assisting the driver in all day-to-day activities. This includes but is not limited to loading and unloading the truck, along with any other duties the driver may need.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods of time. Position requires employees to frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, reach, bend and lift objects above their head. Employees must be able to regularly lift/move up to 120 pounds and use pallet jacks and forklifts. Position requires regular use of a phone and a PC and reading and writing of various shipping documents.

Pay Range:

$19.00 - $19.50

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
