Job summary

GSM - Green SM is seeking a proactive Driver Training & Engagement Specialist to support onboarding, training, engagement, and driver communications initiatives across the network. You will coordinate training sessions, maintain records, and ensure drivers receive timely, accurate information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Operations, Community Management, Customer Service, or related functions.
Experience conducting training sessions or facilitating group activities preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Driver Training & Onboarding: Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions; maintain training records and certifications; ensure drivers complete required programs before deployment.
Driver Engagement: Organize engagement activities, gather feedback through surveys and meetings, and support driver satisfaction and retention initiatives.
Driver Communications: Communicate updates, training schedules, policy changes, and announcements; manage driver channels and ensure timely delivery of messages.
Reporting & Coordination: Prepare reports on training completion and engagement; coordinate with Recruitment, Operations, and HR to support onboarding and development.
