1-800-GOT-JUNK? is wiring a fall hiring drive for Driver / Customer Service / General Labor roles in California. The position blends driving with customer service, sales, and hands-on work, offering paid training and weekly pay.

Expect full-time and part-time opportunities with medical, dental & vision benefits, a 401(k), and opportunities for advancement. Training is provided, and company uniforms are included to start.

Competenze

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Clean driving history for the previous 3 years.
• Able to repeatedly lift and move 75+ lbs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable transportation to and from work.
• Availability for at least one weekend day.
• Smartphone capable of downloading required company apps.

Mansioni

• Driving a company truck between customer locations.
• Creating a friendly and professional experience for every customer.
• Evaluating what needs to be removed and explaining service/pricing options.
• Using your communication and sales skills to help customers make decisions.
• Moving and loading furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items.
• Handling items weighing 75+ lbs safely throughout the shift.
• Identifying reusable items for donation or recycling.
• Coordinating with our operations and dispatch team throughout the day.
