Job summary

Juniper Landscaping is seeking a Driver/Crew Member to join our landscape maintenance teams in Riviera Beach, FL. You will drive a company truck with a 24' trailer and work alongside the crew at each job site to keep landscapes beautiful.

The role requires a valid driver's license, experience driving trucks, and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate hand and power tools as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer.
• Landscaping experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24' trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.
