Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring a Coordinator, Driver Check in to ensure accurate driver check-ins and proper handling of returned items. You will support the warehouse team by processing deliveries, reconciling cash/receipts, and ensuring items are correctly categorized in the inventory system.

In this role you will communicate with drivers, the inventory team, and managers to resolve delivery issues, maintain DOT logs, and assist with vehicle maintenance coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months in a warehouse environment.
• Administrative support with basic math and data entry skills.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Check-in drivers upon returning from deliveries and reconcile receipts.
• Reconcile damaged goods and returned items and re-enter into inventory.
• Files DOT logs and vehicle maintenance reports.
• Communicate with inventory personnel about quality concerns.
• Coordinate with drivers and managers on delivery challenges.
• Assist in coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
