Job summary

US FOODS® Driver Check-In Clerk position is part of our warehouse team in Rock Hill, SC. You will receive and verify driver-returned products and invoices, apply correct codes for division P&L, and support accurate data for timekeeping and credits.

Daily tasks include RF scanning, returning cases to stock, and processing customer credits while maintaining product integrity. The role requires strong math, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with warehouse and delivery procedures preferred.
• Some Inventory Control/Finance experience preferred.
• Motorized pallet jack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify returned product for accurate reason codes and ensure data reflects reports.
• Check temperature of returned product to maintain quality.
• Return cases to stock, perform RF scanning, and issue customer credits.
• Compile Xata and Kronos reports for time and attendance accuracy.
• Process driver collections for accuracy in money collection.
