Job summary

US Foods in Aurora, IL is seeking a Driver Check-In Coordinator to support inventory control and clerical operations. The role requires compiling records, updating computer systems, and audits to ensure accurate inventory and timely replenishment.

Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, with a base rate and overtime eligibility. The position offers health insurance, pre-tax accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, and employee stock purchase plan options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of experience with inventory control and HAACP requirements.
• Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally, with strong math and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Compiles records from ordering, shipping, and receiving materials.
• Updates information on computer to maintain inventory records.
• Assesses stock supply and reorder status.
• Prepares and verifies requisition of additional stock items.
• Assists in inventory and procedural audits when necessary.
• Performs other clerical duties as necessary.
