Gold Star Foods, a premier nutritional food distributor, is hiring part-time Class A drivers for the Pendergrass, GA location. Starting pay is $27.50–$28.50 per hour, with a Monday–Friday day shift from 4am until routes are completed, averaging 45–55 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Driver's License and DOT Medical Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Operate newer Peterbilt and Freightliner trucks with lift gates and pallet jacks.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and maintain a clean driving record.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform route deliveries to K-12 schools in Northern CaliforniaDrive newer Peterbilt and Freightliner trucks equipped with lift gates and both electric and manual pallet jacksUse a 2-wheel dolly for deliveries to locations without docks.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and accident-free driving record.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday

Day Shift StartTimes:4am until route is complete

Average:45-55 hours in a 5-day work week
