Job summary

Gold Star Foods, a premier nutritional food distributor, is hiring part-time Class A drivers for the Pendergrass, GA location. Starting pay is $27.50–$28.50 per hour, with a Monday–Friday day shift from 4am until routes are completed, averaging 45–55 hours per week.

Responsibilities include route deliveries to schools and ensuring vehicle inspections and safety protocols are followed. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401K with company match, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Driver's License and DOT Medical Certificate required.
• Pre-employment drug, background screenings, and fingerprinting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform route deliveries to K-12 schools in Northern California.
• Operate newer Peterbilt and Freightliner trucks with lift gates and pallet jacks.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and maintain a clean driving record.
