Payrate:

• Hourly payrate: $30.40 an hour
• Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) Bonus

Position Details:

• Schedule: Potentially Monday - Friday, rarely Saturday; start time between 12am to 4am
• Location: Omaha, Nebraska
• Type: Both intrastate and interstate

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and conduct regular safety checks of equipment
• Complete daily field service activities including receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records
• Perform duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch

Job Requirements:

• Must have a CDL-Class A license and at least one year of safe driving experience
• Preferred experience in direct store delivery (DSD)
• Pass drug test, MVR, and background check
• FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration required

Additional Qualifications:

• Customer-oriented attitude
• Minimum one year of safe driving experience with no serious convictions
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
• Understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation
• Proficiency with smartphones, ELD, scanners, and delivery logs
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing routes and schedules
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
